What is Art Therapy?
People do not need to have artistic habits or special talents to participate in Art Therapy.
This therapy is for people of all ages – including children, teenagers, and adults – and all can benefit from it. Some studies have shown the just the presence of art can contribute to better mental health.
Art, whether you create it or look at others art, can be used to help people to explore emotions, understand others, de-stress, increase self-esteem and work on social skills.
